Rachel and Mamiko, so “chelmico” — a new generation of rap units that freely throw life-size messages, is now attracting attention from all over the world. The starting point of the music starts from the stage of the "Shibukull Festival" held in front of Shibuya PARCO in 2014. After that, they appeared in PARCO's corporate message "SPECIAL IN YOU." campaign, and are closely related to PARCO. Delivering chelmico's "PARCO CRUISE" in Sapporo, which respects each other, accepts and evolves in the same natural form as when we met. In addition, at the PARCO ART & CULTURE DAYS event held at PARCO in 17 cities nationwide in October, a photo report of LIVE & MARKET EVENT “MADAMADA” held by Sapporo PARCO was released.

"JOURNAL STANDARD" is a shop that expresses the present by mixing "JOURNAL" items that always incorporate trends and news from around the world and "STANDARD" basic items. This fall and winter theme is "Enjoy Revival Mood" in Chic "!" About Rachel and Mamiko's driving force
Rachel, who gave birth to her first child and became her mother in May 2021. After giving birth, she told me that she was full of new emotions every day. “I’ve been really excited every day lately. When I'm with a child, I'm always aware that it's amazing. During this time, when I saw "Ponyo" together, the way I saw it was completely different from when I was a student, and I had an interesting experience. It is a day when children tell me that. When I make a song, "I wish the society was a little brighter" or "What can I do as an adult?" “What can you do through music?” The idea has always come to be somewhere in the corner of my head,” Rachel said.
Chelmico started its activities in 2014. Next year we are preparing for the anniversary of the 10th anniversary. After his debut, he gained popularity with the momentum of dropping flying birds and dominated the music world. What is the driving force behind Mamiko's activities as an artist?
“I love music so much. I love singing and making it too. I'm really happy to be able to do my job. Now……I can't imagine myself not doing this job. What is important in expression is whether you can “sympathize” when you hear it later. The music came out, “Wow, it’s so cool!” Do you think it's bent? I’m trying to make that kind of music,” Mamiko said.

The story of chelmico starting with PARCO
The model that I focused on in "Onitsuka Tiger" this fall and winter is "MOLLETY", a new interpretation of the classic boot item "DELICITY" and the thick bottom style. "DELICITY" and "MOLLETY" incorporate the latest technology unique to OnitsukaTiger, while wearing it offers a wide variety of chunky soles that can complete the updated seasonal style. The "MEXICO 66 SD" is the latest model reconstructed while inheriting the Aiko Nic elements of the "MEXICO 66" such as OnitsukaTiger stripe, thin bottom style, and heel cross parts.
The story of chelmico is from Shibuya PARCO. "Shibukull Festival" was held on the outdoor stage of Shibuya PARCO. In 2014, they started singing rap only one song.
"Our first live was Shibuya PARCO. We both sang on the outside stage. That’s why I think it’s a deep connection to work with PARCO, who has a lot of passion,” said Rachel, and Mamiko, continued. “The first stage was so intense that I can’t forget it. "Surely, you can't meet someone who can have such a relationship. It's very helpful (laughs). I'm a bitbiy, but I'm not afraid if I'm with Mamiko what I can't do if I'm alone. “All that’s okay!” I always think. Give me new opinions, ideas, and perspectives that I don't have. And you get angry when I'm not good. Like, "I may have a loud voice now" (laughs). In that respect, I am very helpful. The word “Mamiko” means “My Way.” “It used to be my own pace, but now I feel like I’m going my way.”
"If I hadn't been invited by Rachel, I wouldn't have done music. Is it really big? There are many things that I think are interesting because my personality is the opposite. Rachel is a type of behavior rather than thinking. I had a lot of ability to act, so I was able to pull that power. They both complement each other’s things.……So it's very nice to have chelmico.
